Health, Wellness & Longevity
Steve Dimon believes that most strokes are preventable, treatable and beatable and he is living proof of that! In his handbook Health, Wellness & Longevity he now for the first time takes readers through the occurrence and the causes of modern diseases before providing us with a simple but effective system allowing the average person to take charge of their health. The plan is based on his own experience on transforming from an morbidly obese 64 year old who barely survived a stroke to a healthy, young 67year old with a 32″ inch waistline and 6.5% body fat.
You do not want to be an average American when it comes to health, as the average American is sick, fat, tired and dying.
But Steve Dimon doesn’t stop there. He is a strong believer that average isn’t good enough when it comes to your health, and has dug deep into the current scientific research to provide readers with.a cutting edge solution for disease prevention and reversal. His action plan doesn’t only feature recipes for weight loss; he will teach you how to look below the surface and read the food labels so you can take charge of your own health. He will guide you through the American healthcare system and the jungle of tests, outlining exactly which ones save lives, before teaching you how to read the results. You will also learn about ways to reduce stress, brain health and the psychology of lifestyle changes so you can live a longer, more productive life.
You have to be your own advocate and your own master when it comes to your health. No one else can do it for you.

Steve, mine was a hemorrhagic stroke on 08/31/11. Weighed 340, high BP, high Cholesterol, heavy smoker. God spared me for a reason. He taught me nutrition and exercise. Now 220, 6’1, daily gym visits. He also has put a desire to help people afflicted from Stroke. I volunteer at the same hospital that took care of me. I love the look on patient’s faces when I am introduced to them as a former stroke patient. It motivates them to work hard at rehab as you and I did. I just wish I could do more. God Bless you Steve
